About Us
INTENSITY was created in 2013 by our Director Suzanne. We offer a warm and welcoming environment for people of all ages and abilities to learn and develop skills in cheerleading, dance and tumbling.
We currently have 3 locations in Rotherham, Marple and Altrincham and are able to offer an incredible facility at our Rotherham venue offering athletes access to a full competition sprung floor, tumble track and other training aids. We are working behind the scenes to create similar venues at our other locations!

All coaches are fully qualified, DBS checked and insured and offer a vast amount of coaching and performance experience. We are pleased to have Level 7 coaching staff plus staff with experience competing at WORLD level!
